When I go into my account and enter my password it sends me a 6 digit
number to verify that it is me, which I enter, and then get nothing? It
doesn't take me to my account? Am I missing something...thanks for your
help!

I just tried to make a phone call and eventually I got "Public Mobile
here you don't have a plan with calling ....", but I have the $25 plan
with Canada Wide. Any suggestions what would do this and how to correct?
Hello Community members - When I check my self service account it looks
like I have called or checked my voice message (a few seconds only).
Could it be either someone that is blocked trying to call? Just

@kb_mv - I totally agree, I don't find it to be user friendly and feel
it could certainly be simplified to either make it a linked one step, or
at least have some of the relevant information on my account. I am
hopeful this can be improved in the fut...
@athukral77 I'm with PM in Manitoba and know for sure that PM works in
Winnipeg and Brandon. It should be working for you, I would try turning
phone off for 1 min and then reboot, putting to airplane mode for a few
mins and go back to regulaar mode, ...
@Lofasofam - autopay in my opinion is not that reliable, and I use it,
but also when I get notified that money will be taken I manually go into
my account and add the funds so I don't have the exact problem that you
are now describing - it saves this...
I think the last time I had to change mine I cleared the browser, then
went into account and manage my card, and I did change my card. Make
sure it is exactly the same as your credit card. Good luck!
