Phone Calls

I just tried to make a phone call and eventually I got "Public Mobile here you don't have a plan with calling ....", but I have the $25 plan with Canada Wide.  Any suggestions what would do this and how to correct?

It's a Public Mobile thing. Even if it was a long distance call (within Canada), the call still should have went through without the 1.

Like the Man said..."it is what it is".

You might OCCASIONALLY experience this type of glitch with PM. I restart my cell phone once every so often and have reduced problems with calling to minimum.

It can't hurt, right.

@Dtack restart your phone, wait 30 seconds and restart it.  Then try the call again. Stay safe

Try dialing 1 infront of the area code.  Also reboot your phone.
