HI,

My current month data has been expired. So, opted for the add-ons recently. Does anyone know when the add-on will activate? or what is the procedure to use the add-ons data?

@Nava9119 What is the cost of a gb data with your current plan? Renewing early with either the $40 or $50 plan would be cheaper than $15/gb.

To renew early make a one time payment so that Available Funds in your account equal your plan cost, then request an early reactivation from the moderators.

The add-on data will start once your plan data has been used up.  The add-on data does not expire and will remain in your account and will rollover over to the next month until they are used up.

To purchase Add-Ons using your Self-Serve account, follow these steps:

1. Click on ‘Purchase Add- Ons’ on the Overview tab and scroll down to the Add-On calculator.
2. Click the plus sign (+) to add and the minus sign (-) to remove selected Add-ons.
3. When you’ve added all your desired Add-Ons, click ‘Buy Add-Ons’ or ‘Make a Payment’ below the calculator:
   • You will see ‘Make a Payment’ instead of ‘Buy Add-Ons’ if there are not enough funds in your account to make the purchase.
   • If you don’t have sufficient funds to purchase the Add-Ons, you will be asked to make a one-time payment equal to the price of the Add-On, less your current available funds. Click ‘Submit’, then ‘Go back’: now the button below the calculator will say ‘Buy Add-Ons’.
4. Select ‘Confirm my purchase’, and you’re off to the races!

@Nava9119  Activation is instant. You can purchase an add-on by calling 611 from your phone (follow the prompts) or using self serve. Purchasing an add-on is a two step process. Step 1 you add the $15.00 in your account and then you add the data to your account. If it's not working then you still need to do step 2.

@Nava9119 hi purchasing add-ons is a two step process. if you have "available funds" in your account then go back into the add-ons page and apply the addon
