I just logged into my account and it shows a balance of $0 and my money has been removed. It also didn't show the renewal date? Is something going on with the system or should I be sending a message to a Moderator? Not sure what to do? Thanks for any assistance!

No Account is due Oct 10, changed password and it failed and I was sent an email from PM changed again and now it shows the proper balance in may account as well as the autopayment etc. - I'm thinking I must have just logged on when the system was updating my account or something - all is good now! Thanks for your help - it is resolved (through Public Mobile)

Hi did your plan just renew this morning? if so it's just your account going through it's transition, things will be normal in a couple of hours, if not the case then try rebooting your computer or device you are using 😁

Is today your payment date ? It can take a few hours for your account to get updated.
