Fall plan change to 12 gb/3 months

I distinctly recall changing my plan to the 12gb / 3 months offer that was out in fall, however my plan is still reading as 6 gb / 3 months? Will this change occur after my next pay cycle or is there an error I am not seeing?

Retrieve time zone from network

I live in BC Pacific standard Time but it retrieves mountain standard time (an hour ahead). This happened automatically and my only fix is not use the automic time zone setting. Is this happening to anyone else? Using a Nexus 6p on a custom ROM.
