I am signing up a friend. When I first started,  the test said that her phone was compatible. However, when we put the SIM card it, it said that she required a PUK pin to unlock the SIM card. Her phone is a Samsung J3. Any help is appreciated.

Cannot input MMSC or MMS Proxy - iphone 6s

Self Serve Screen Blank

I forgot my password so did forgot your password option. They sent me a link to selfserve.publicmobile.ca and the screen is blank.  Now even when I go to the home page of Public Mobile and click my account nothing... Blank. Please help

old phone logs

does anyone know if I can get old phone logs?  If I look in my account it only goes back about 2 months.  As part of a lawsuit I would like to see incoming calls from two years ago.  Does anyone know if that is possible

Iphone 6s voicemail not working

I have been with Public Mobile for almost a year and I have yet to successfully open a voicemail.  I have tried everything.. (reseting network, rebooting phone, resetting voicemail password) help please!
