I've also seen if you Log into your web portal go to plans and add ons.
Click on lost or stolen phone. Wait five minutes and then click on found and that possible could resolve the issue. I've seen other post suggest that.

A few things to try....reboot phone. Remove SIM wait 10 min. reinsert and power up. Check phone settings. Block calls? Do not disturb? Another setting? Is it an IPhone? Disable ITunes?

Restart your phone after changing provider may get your phone working with the new provider.

Please delete your phone number from your post if you don't want any spam calls as this is an open forum. Any one can read the content of your post.
Did you just port your number to PM?
Number porting is a 2 stage process:Stage 1. PM set up your old number on your PM account. Login to your account. Select the [Plan and Add-Ons] tab. Is your old number showing on the [Plan and Add-Ons] display? If yes, PM has done its work to setup your old number for you to call out, send text and data.
Stage 2. Now, you are waiting for your old provider to release you number to PM. Not until your old provider release your number, all the incoming calls and texts will continue to go to your old provider.
