If you're like me and still seeing the login issue, this is what I found that worked:
This is to access the new version of My Account.
Option #1 doesn't seem to work to access the My Rewards website though. That might require some fix on Public Mobile's side.

It just worked now for me to purchase US roaming addons

The add-ons feature is still not working it says looks like the page you're looking for is unavailable error 404

@softech yes, I'm leaving for the states this morning and wanted to add some data on my plan for navigation. I'll keep trying, but I'm still not having luck.

@Del1981 You are in a rush to do something? Maybe try *611, but you need your 4 digits code for most thing you want to do there

Same here, can't log in. There's a different log in window now, and I get the same message when I attempt.
