Hi my number was transferred but for the public mobile login account, it still asks for the previous (temporary public mobile) number for 2 factor authentication, to send the 2FA code to. Wouldn't that be a security issue of concern, can you change that for me?

you can actually change it yourself.
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
After you login, go to Profile, then click Manage EverSafe ID. The phone number showing there is the 2FA code to be sent to , change it to your new phone number

you can use email to receive the 2FA code first. Then after login, go to Profile page, Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the phone number to the new one
