My phone recently got stolen and I never really needed to login to my PM account since it was prepaid and I would just buy vouchers from a dealer. All I need is my account number to transfer out of my public account and keep my phone number. However I can’t seem to login and I can’t use my phone number as a way to recover my email or password. Is there anyone who can help me from the backend? Or can help me at all?
