Reset the Network Settings on your phone and reboot the phone.
If that didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent by dm them.

The website and app is under maintenance so login tomorrow morning.
Your renewal date is February 12 so you have a week if you want to pay with voucher or if you are on Subscribe (AutoPay) just make sure it is enabled.
