The last bill was Jan 13th. Definitely still within the plan. Saw some similar posts before.

Reset the Network Settings on your phone and reboot the phone.

If that didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent by dm them.

I know there has been another maintenance recently, but I totally lost my signal again. Is there any solution for that?

The website and app is under maintenance so login tomorrow morning.

Your renewal date is February 12 so you have a week if you want to pay with voucher or if you are on Subscribe (AutoPay) just make sure it is enabled.
