hi @Chevaliers do you receive calls from others then? or calls from someone else in Canada?

If you have the Canada and USA (optional Mexico) plan. Add 1 in front of the area code. 
What is the make and mode of your phone? It needs to be on the whitelist of phones that will work in the USA if you have the Can/US plan and enable VoLTE on your phone.
