I am at Richmond Hill Ontario. The whole month , I can only received 3G signal in my work place. All of my coworker that have Telus network is the same. Call customer service and try everything and still like this. Getting sick and tired on their network
@Bigele , perhaps your work location is in the center of a building that has thick concrete. Otherwise, it would appear that the Richmond Hill area is well covered with towers. Not having 4G/5G connectivity could be problematic going forward as the 3G network will eventually be shut down in the not too distant future. By change, are coworkers using Bell or sub brands also struggling with connectivity. In the GTA, Telus shares towers with Bell.
