Hi,
Im trying to login and pay my daughter’s cell bill. We’ve been PM customers for over 2 years now. Why am I getting a “Fobidden AI” message when I try to log in and pay her bill. How can I get past this? She will have no cell service if I don’t pay by tomorrow. Thanks for any help

I am getting the same message. I've tried different devices, different browsers, clearing my cache, the works. I can't get past the "Forbidden AI" screen.

The website is finicky. You can try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito/private mode. Or try on the PM app itself. Sometimes trying on a different device will also help.
