call doesn't come in

I haven't been able to recieve all my phone calls.  It's a bit nerve racking because I am applying for jobs.  Would someone kindly help?

what phone do you have? outbound calls ok and just not inbounds? Mobile data also works?

try Reset Network Settings on your phone and test

and if mobile data and Wifi is not a problem, Download VoIP app TextNow and setup with another 10 digits number, then  setup Call Forward when Not Reachable to the TextNow phone number.  In such case, if the inbound calls really cannot get to your phone, it will forward to your TextNow app and the app will ring.

@Kimkhue   Are you an existing customer, or did you just port in your number from another provider?  If this only happened recently but was working before, what phone do you have?  Are the calls going to voicemail?
