Cannot make international calls despite having the add on

Hello

I’m trying to make an international phone call to China. I have the 19 dollar Black Friday plan with the free 100 international minutes add-on which includes calling for this country but whenever I dial a number all I get is a busy signal. I’m using the correct exit code and the number is valid and works on other phones. is there something wrong? I’m doing here. I could appreciate the help. Thank you.

Thanks for the reply, you are correct it’s the holiday gift add on. I have rebooted my phone and I have even tried Other numbers on Google like McDonald’s and I do not seem to be able to get this to work for any numbers in China. It’s just a busy signal type sound like it won’t connect.

If you are talking about Holiday's gift add-on, China is INCLUDED so you should be able to get through.
Try rebooting phone, confirm add-on is still ono your account and try again. Try any other number in China to see if it will work or Your number is creating an issue.
Check again for country/area codes, just in case.
