Can't send or receive MMS attachments anymore.

I have precisely the same problem; it too started in March. It seemed to be subsequent to a promotion of free supplementary data.

I've reset and the phone works again. Now attachments also works!!!! SOLVED!  Thank you.

don't panic.  Reboot the phone, go to back to Settings and click Reset All Networks, then try again

I went back and changed other settings in Mobile Networks to match everything exactly, now I've completely lost 'Mobile Networks' and my phone no longer works!

your phone is not too old but maybe it got affected too. Did you change the APN settings as said above?
