It doesn't give me the option, the only one I see is resend code.

@Ola95 When you try to log in and get to where you enter the code, select "didn't get the code" and there should be an email option.

Hey there, if you dont have the phone/sim and also cannot log in, i suggest you message a PM Customer service agent and request they close the account for you, you can message them here:
