I've reset and the phone works again. Now attachments also works!!!! SOLVED!  Thank you.

I went back and changed other settings in Mobile Networks to match everything exactly, now I've completely lost 'Mobile Networks' and my phone no longer works! 

Actually, it already matched, so I did not have to make changes there. Thank you.
