Resolved! Does rewards follow through when upgrading plans?

My current plan is the $15 plan with $4 rewards, therefore, I'm paying $11/month right now. I want to switch to the $25 plan (extra data), will my rewards follow through? Does this mean that I will pay $21/month after the plan upgrade? Thanks!
