Volte service still not enabled to my account

I have checked on Moto g pure and Moto power is not working yet but customer service representative saying my Volte service is activated . can you tell me it's compitable with public mobile phones  or not

@hairbag1 you know what, phone not on the list is not safe. 

My S21 is not on the list, worked VoLTE for a week and no longer working after. So, it could be they havrnt stopped every phone at some point and they closed the loophole after

there have been customers with phones not on that list, but volte does work...so again it's Your Results May Vary !

@Muhammad3 is not the account but your phone is not on PM"s VoLTE compatible list.  At the moment, the list is short and we don't know if PM plans to expain the list with older phones

VolTE compatibility you can find searching Internet...

My phone S7 is compatible but VolTE is not activated, yet. Not a big deal. Everything works as expected... LTE

when you make a call, does the phone stay on LTE, volte...or does it drop to 3G ?
