Created eversafe account "successfully", but now every time I click on the Sign In --> My Account, it just simply loads: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/
Please help as I can't login to do anything...can login to this site but it's useless as I can't manage my account.
Tried clearing cookies and doesnt work.

They want him to create a completely new email to create a community account. Since eversafe started it’s one login. I cannot get a straight answer as to what happens if setting up a new email that will never get used in hopes to get his original account accessible again. We’ve been with public mobile for 3 years and have never had issues like this. I look after everything because he works 6 days a week and gets way to frustrated with tech stuff.

@angies- You need to insist on using this community account to give verification details for that account. The pin would be easiest but they have a whole list of other questions they can ask.
I also can't believe how blocked and hidden it all is. I went through what I thought might be the scenario to get help and got thoroughly stymied. I started at publicmobile.ca. Looking for anything resembling support I found the hamburger menu and found get help. There I got trapped in the maze of every worst problem with any of these stupid chatbot systems that have become far too prevalent that exist everywhere. They seem to intentionally drive people away and if they ever do manage to post here it's a mad and frustrated rant with every intention to pick up leave. That's when we step in. But by then the customer beyond it all.

You need to be able to sign into your account to do both of those and he can’t do that. We’re on day 2.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods: (use Option#2 for now ...)
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

I set up my husband's eversafe account and now every time he goes to login it says his password isn't correct even though he went to forgot password and changed it. He can't get connect with support because he can't login. They wanted him to set up a new email and create a community account using that to verify his identity since we don't have the 4 digit pin. Getting very frustrated with this whole process so we feel your pain!
