- Anyone know we’re you can get some assistance with your account??
phone tells me when clicking on hot spot that I need to contact public mobile but that is hard when there are no contacts for assistance expect a useless robot messaging system

@Matt132 I'm guessing this is an iPhone? It seems to be a somewhat common problem with them. Public Mobile doesn't disable hotspots. You can try turning cellular data off then back on and see if that fixes it. If not, reset network settings. Check for ios updates and update the phone if there is one.

Only way to get in touch with the 'live' person is to open a ticket through chatbot and wait for a mail from agent.
