I switched emails and so how do I change my email on my public mobile account ?
I looked everywhere

you can still use the old email to login My Account
but after you have successfully login, go to Profile, then Manage EverSafe ID and update the email
just in case you cannot login, then you will need to ask PM to help to change the email.
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
