Hi there, I am pretty sure I cancelled my subscription but never received any formal confirmation. When I sign into my account I just getting error messaged or it appears to continuously load with no results.
Can you please confirm I have cancelled so I don't get charged for the next month.

Did you port your number to another company? That usually will automatically cancel your PM Account.
Or if you turn off your subscription (ie. autopay), then your account will be suspended. Once suspended over 90 days, then your account will be permanently closed.
Public mobile will not send an email when a customer ports out or turns off subscription.
