@CS_Agent Hi, I’m having issues with inbound calls and some inbound text messages. I joined Public Mobile on Wednesday, and I’ve been able to do outbound calls/text and data no issues. All inbound calls are still going to my old phone connected with freedom. Need help to complete the transfer. Thanks.

Did you reply to the text with YES with the old SIM in your phone during the porting process? You have 90 minutes to reply or porting will be cancelled and you need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you. Note, your old account with the previous carrier must be Active to complete the porting.
If you did reply to the text then simply reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

I'm sure @Dunkman was able to help you out. I had the same issues. A simple reboot helped correct everything. I know it sounds silly to say this but most issue can be fixed by a simple reboot of the phone.

Looks like your port was not completed. Did you respond to Freedom mobile port request text?
