Resolved! compare $40/15GB plan to the $45/20GB plan

I recently dropped my plan from the $45/20GB plan to the $40/15GB plan.  I do not read it anywhere, but is everything that same, including voicemail with the $40 dollar plan ?  - other than the amount of data of course ?
