has anyone else had the issue with the subscription ending a day early and not able to use the phone or internet my plan is set to expire Apr 29th and it is already shut off. any ideas on how to correct this.

If you are on autopay then there should be (I never experienced it) No service interruption.
Confirm your account is active before opening a ticket. Reboot phone (turn off, wait, turn on).

hi @Chris87 are you trying to pay manually and not via autopay?
please remember PM is on 30 days cycle and not monthly. So, if you pay March 30th, your cycle actually ends on April 29, and you need to pay before April 29, not end of day April 29. Yes, the 30 days cycle is a bit confusing

No sorry I don't other then opening a ticket. But by they respond your time will be up anyway.
