Having trouble sending and receiving texts, especially those with attachments. What is the correct setting for text messages?

ALL new customers have the same issue.
You have to open a ticket with support to adjust your account.

you just activated with PM?
if you are new activation, it is a PM system problem with new subscribers. Voice, data both work but just SMS is the problem. And with the SMS problem, it will affect account verification. PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.
