When you're asked for the 6 digit code, use the didn't get code/resend code button. Try having the code sent by e-mail. If that isn't an option, you'll need to contact CS_Agent privately.

tried learing cashe ,uninstalled reinstalled pm 2 or 3 times ,tried in another phone , my other pm sim works fine my other pm acc works,my new sim 'for wife' seems to be un-associated with chosen number

@annieairo try going into your phone's settings and go to apps, then locate the Public Mobile app and clear cache/data and then try signing back in, or you can try uninstalling the app and then reboot the phone, reinstall the app and try signing back in
you can also try accessing your account from a web browser, try incognito or clearing the browser's cache or using a different web browser. If none of this helps you will need to wait to hear back from support agent for help.
