I ported my number from Koodo to PM. iPhone had an eSIM (Koodo). On Koodo account I see my number is gone, means transfered, so no problem here. But probably I did a misstake by deleting eSIM with Koodo information. When I trying to add eSIM from introduction PM email QR code, I get message "Unable to Activate eSIM". What to do now

I solved problem by getting a new SIM from Amazon. Agent transferred my original phone number on the new SIM. Not sure if I still can convert physical SIM to eSIM once the latter was deleted.

When you say "disable" do you mean - delete?

hi @satelitas
disable the Koodo's eSIM
then reboot phone and Reset network settings
Go to the sim manager page or settings -> cellular and make sure the PM is enabled and set as Primary (or Turn in this line is toggled on if iPhone)
you should be good then. Test both inbound and outbound calls
