Okay so I had a Google pixel 4a for like 3 years. Moved into a garden suite in a very populated area of Vancouver like 2 years ago. I was surprised that I didn't have any issues with service on the phone like I've heard people do in basements. In fact, I found my service was usually really good anywhere and sometimes better than a lot of others who had other providers.
Last year I decided to upgrade to a Google pixel 8, switched everything over. NOTHING else changed. Immediately in almost every call I made or received, the person on the other end would tell me I'm breaking up. Sometimes in minutes of being on the call, sometimes a bit more. I have to put my phone near the only big window and then it works.
I'm extremely annoyed by this and really want to do something about it now or at least figure out why it's happening. Has this happened to anyone?
I tried calling Google and they just told me to reset my network but I don't think it helped. I have no idea what to do and am considering switching providers to one that has an actual customer service, but I have been with PM for years and don't want to abandon them if there's something I just don't know

@Cshellz ask Public Mobile to reset your account from there end.
Hopefully it will stop that from happening.
You can use the chatbot or orange bubble on screen.
