Please do not tag the username "Agent" in the hopes of contacting customer service. Also, do not provide anyone using that username with any of your information as the username Agent is not staffed by employees of Public Mobile.

how you closed your account? did you port out your number? or did you login to My Account and disable Autopay from the Payment page?
Can you still login to My Account?
if you cannot login, it is a good indication that your account was closed. Just ask agent to check and provide refund. Please open ticket with PM support by private message CS Agent at:
