Hi:
My husband and I just signed up with 2 separate Public plans. Both have unlimited talk and text and 50G data. We have both had trouble calling the other but have no problem calling anyone else. Support told us to reboot and that fixed the problem. I just bought a new to me used IPhone 11 Promax. When we got the eSIM card installed, same trouble, can’t phone my husbands phone. Rebooted 3 times, no fix. Anybody have this issue?? Help

Did you transfer your phone number to new eSIM?
What message do you get when you call your husband?
So you are saying you cannot call each other but can call and receive calls from anybody else? Can you SMS each other?
P.S. Topic title is kind of confusing... So far nobody Ever complained having too much minutes...
