I can’t log in and want to change my plan. I forget the email and don’t have access to any previous emails

As you're not receiving that e-mail message, you'll need to open a ticket to discuss this with a Public Mobile customer support. That is done through the chatbot. https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Go back to the login page, and select the "forgot e-mail" option. A message will be sent to your phone with instructions about how to regain Self Serve account access.
