Cant login, system asking code sent to email when i complete this task its asking for Code sent to my phone which i have no access at this moment. In instructions to reset password its saying either or but not both for otp

so, you cannot receive the code on your phone?

you have no access to the phone and you cannot receive the 2FA code?
you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
If send email option is not there, you can Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS and open up the email option
