I changed my subscription to a new plan on Nov 24th. The Public mobile app is still showing my old plan. When I sign in on the Public site it shows the upgraded Subscription but not on the app. 
My wife had issues with her voicemail submitted a ticket and had no reply. It's unfortunate that Telus who owns Public has no call centre to reach a live agent to resolve issues.  We had to switch to Virgin Mobile is is owned by Bell with an excellen...
