Subscription Change not reflected on Public App

I changed my subscription to a new plan on Nov 24th. The Public mobile app is still showing my old plan. When I sign in on the Public site it shows the upgraded Subscription but not on the app.

its a glitch! that happened to me as well.  just wait a few days you will see it.  I remember i saw the change via the browser, but then i don't see it on the app (just like you).  But few days later i look at the app again, it changed.

a quick way to do is to pull the screen down to force a refresh.

if same, then  logout first and log back in

it's a longshot, but try rebooting your cell, then log in again.
