Transfer Phone # not working

Hello,

Yesterday, I downloaded the PM app and signed up for the 50GB plan on my Android phone. The payment was successful. I chose to transfer my existing phone number from Fido to PM. I left my Fido sim in the phone and within 10 minutes, I received a text from Fido asking me to confirm the transfer. I typed "YES". Since then, nothing has happened and it seems my transfer is in limbo. When I open my PM app, I can see that my existing number is there. With my Fido sim card in the phone, it works for calling and it gets some texts, not all. With my PM sim card inserted, I don't receive any texts, cannot receive calls but can make calls. 

Can anyone help?

Thank you everyone for the help. I ended up calling the Porting # again but the solution was to enter the phone number 2x. Thank you @hTideGnow for that tip!

It's been ported.

hi @AppleStrudel can you make outbound calls?

if you can, then just a porting problem and you can call porting team for help.  I will message the number to your community inbox

It sounds like the porting is not completed so best to contact a CS_Agent by typing in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent on Chatbot or pm them:

@AppleStrudel    If restarting the phone doesn't help call the phone number I will private message you (we aren't supposed to post it here as it's not for general PM support).  Check the envelope top right or, if no envelope, tap your avatar for Messages

Try re-booting your phone making certain to do this with the PM SIM card inserted.
