If you're planning to keep the number and port it to another provider you should do it before your payment period runs out. I don't know how long they hold your number before they release it. If you just port it to another provider it will automatically cancel your PM plan

hi @MiraZh if you can login My Account, go to Payment, Manage Subscription and turn off Subscribed to turn off automatic payment
if you cannot login My Account, then just submit ticket by direct message :
