Hi, new to public mobile. Works great most locations data and calls. At one location I spend allot of time at only data works but cant make or receive calls. I get there can be low signal areas.. but data is working? My phone shows LTE and 3 bars

Resolved! Charged me for 2 months

I paid my bill July 20th so it should be good till August 20th. I just put another 50 on to cover from August 20th to September 20th and it's saying my thing expires August 19 I'm getting less days each time I pay for a month ahead what's going on?

Resolved! Public Mobile charged me twice for my plan on the same day

I was charged twice on 07/15 for my plan, once at 7:16am, once at 8:06am, but my payment history in self-serve shows that there's only supposed to be one payment on 07/15. Was it an error? Can I get a refund for the extra charge?

I just returned back from the states after 4 days, so I still have 6 days left on my US Roaming 1g that I purchased. Can I use that as part of my monthly data now back in Canada until the 10 days is up, or is that only for in the US?
