Hi
Cell with Public Mobile 343-xxx-xxxx in the name of Gxxx xxxxxx
From January to August 2025, payment were taken on the 17th of the month. Starting September 2025 the payment date fluctuated
September and October on the 14th
November on the 13th.
I lost 3 possibly 4 days in the process. Please advice what steps you will take to correct this problem and bring payments back to the 17th. Contact me by the email on file

As previously mentioned, the payment dates will fluctuate.
If you get a calendar and count 30 days from January your first month, for each month after you will get those numbers.
Whichever day your last month's payment came out, you have to count 30 days to the next.
Dates provided are correct.

Payments from January to August were taken either on the 16th or the 17th. Why all of a sudden should they change from those dates to the 14, to the 13th to the 12th. Since February only has 28 days, should it not read Feb 14, 2026

PM is running a 30 days cycle, not month. Hence you will see the renewal date move up one day after a 31 days month.
If Nov 13th was the one before, here are the next couple ones:

Public mobile billing cycles is every 30 days, not monthly. That is why the actual billing date changes each month. Some months have 30 days, while other months 31 days.
Maybe check your payment history from Jan to August. It should not have been the exact date for those months (ie. 17th).
