Amazing plan

So i finally did it, i changed from legacy to a New plan. I took the 90 day plan voice and text no data.  They have given me my loyalty reward and autopay rewards and the referral i did while on legacy. Total bill 57 every 3 months.  Amazing.

Insufficient account funds warning on autopay

i am signed up for autopay but my account sqid it was suspended for insufficient funds i account.So I went ahead and paid my bill amount owing.I dont understand the autopay if I have to pay myself or will it really be taken off my visa automatically
