Mine did the same thing for my daughters phone. i had to add the funds into my account for it to be hooked up again. i set up the auto pay again. hopefully it will work this time.

I think they are having tech issues.

You could always set up auto pay so you wouldn't have to worry. And the bonus with auto pay is you will get a credit each month toward your bill 
