I have just recently activated an account and was wondering if rewards get automatically applied to your bill or do you need to apply them yourself?

There are credits and there are rewards.
Credits come from the $10 referral for the new customer or the promo $25 for both and if autopay was set up on activation then the $2. It deposits into the Available Funds.
There are the four kinds of rewards from this provider. Those will get converted into Available Funds at renewal.
Then at renewal, the system will take what it needs from Available Funds and then if insufficient go to a set up autopay. If autopay is not set up or fails for whatever reason then the service will go into suspension.

@Asullivan, when the referee signs up, they enter the referrer's phone number. Rewards are generally applied within 72 hours.
