Is there a PM kiosk nearby? I activated 2 accounts via local kiosks and the reps were very helpful. When the website/server was acting up, they called in direct to work on the problem.

@Leanneberman hi for account related issues you have to contact a moderator link believe it or not everyone here is human (I think ) is there an issue we might be able to help you with?

@PSIENGINEERING what is your issue someone in the community mihgt have some advice.
If you really need to talk to someone (community and moderator interaction via community) then your only option is to switch providers.
