This is twice now and I’m slowly losing my mind. I have asked Roger’s to transfer my number to Public Mobile. I get the initial text but not the text with the SMS. So I can’t get my old number. Of course you can’t reach a live person to actually speak with anymore. How can I fix this?

Can you clarify what you mean by that? SMS is text messaging. Do you mean that haven't received the text message from Rogers to approve the number transfer?
