E Sim transfer trouble

I’m having trouble with getting my e sim neither phone will work with messenger to verify my account need it emailed instead

With PM, when you change phone, you don't transfer the esim but you simply buy a new one using the app

Download Public Mobile ap on the new phone and login. If you cannot receive 2fa via text, click Didn't receive code or Resend code and select Send email or Send Voice Message.  

Then go to Account -> Purchase Sim card and choose eSIM and buy and install

if your last eSIM was bought 15+ days ago, it should be free
