I changed my plan 10 days ago. Paid full price for the new plan for 30 days. My original plans due date was just today or yesterday and now my phone is not working and my rewards are gone

Try manually adding a $1 into your account and restart the phone.
If this trick failed to get thing working again, you should send a private message to moderator for help. But the wait is about 48 - 72 hours. Good luck.

@JamscabFor those type of issues it's best to contact the Public Mobile Team
The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Moderator Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am(Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm(Eastern).

What is your account status when you login to your self serve account? Active or Suspended?
