Before I order a public mobile sim, can you check if i can port my number from a SIP VOIP provider to PM? if so how can i do that

Call your provider even if they say you can’t first tell them you want to speak to someone in management and be persistent because sometimes they just don’t want to loose you that easy

Porting from VoIP provider may take up to 1 week port out. Some VoIP provider may charge a fee to port in and out. Please check with your VoIP provider about the fee. Make sure your VoIP account is active before the number can be ported out. Don't cancel your VoIP service.
Porting a number to PM are done online with PM self-serve portal. You should get PM number during activation because the amount of time to port a VoIP number. This way you can use your PM new account to call out/text out and data as soon as after activation. You will continue to get the incoming calls going to your VoIP provider until it is completely ported to PM.

@nobelnabilPM will process the port but you need to find out from the specific SIP VOIP provider if it's possible/allowed from their side.
If you want to be 100% best to also contact the Public Mobile Team and verify if it can be done.
