Rewards: $0 Plan

I registered the $0 plan yesterday. I also refered my friend and got $10 credit. But why I did not see anything eles in my rewards ($1 deduction, $2 AutoPay, and $1 Loyalty). I also set up AutoPay. Could anybody explain for me? Thank you
